Claude Hunter is a BA (Hons) Fashion Business and Promotion graduate with a passion for fashion, media, public relations, and the creative industries. This has been evidenced very early within his childhood when being involved with acting youth groups within the Belgrade Theatre under Community and Education Department, where he learned how to connect with other creatives understanding the concept of team work and taking professional direction from a seasoned Artistic Director and creative teams. He initially, experienced theatre with the Black Youth Theatre. The Black Youth Theatre was formed so that stories, lived experiences, culture could be told from the perspective under-represented black people from Afro/Caribbean heritage mainly reflecting lived experiences within this community forming professional productions to a high industry standard.  Then progressing to Middle Youth Theatre being selected for other youth productions such as Journey to X with the youth group Acting Out.

As an actor he has performed and volunteered in both opera and theatre for Birmingham Opera Company, Paperback Theatre Company and volunteered behind the scenes with Be Festival, gaining experience in professional productions and community arts projects.

His extensive educational achievements include recently graduating from a short Film and Television course named Rock Up Ready, under the organisation Create Central earning a BAFTA Albert Stamp for logging a sustainable production. Create Central aims to develop a thriving creative ecosystem by driving growth in the creative economy, creating opportunities and prosperity across the West Midlands, and nurturing the region's diverse creative talent

Claude hopes to build upon his portfolio by supporting Persona Arts as a trustee, making a powerful and positive contribution to the company’s continued success.
